After years of conducting research, theorizing, and teaching college courses on queer/trans spiritualities, I’ve realized my purpose is not to intellectualize spirituality any further. Instead, I know my purpose is to guide people through their own spiritual consciousness. My joy comes from bringing others into their spiritual joy, and now I’m doing exactly that.

So what exactly is spiritual guidance?
I would describe it as something like having your heart warmly held by another person as you discover the limitless power of divine energy. It’s learning how to love all over again and letting that love flow through you into every other aspect of your life.
Most importantly, I listen to you. I listen carefully to your story, your worries, your dreams, your visions and then work with you to create a series of practices and rituals that bring spirit into your daily life. My goal as a spiritual guide is to make spirituality useful, practical, and relevant for you in your everyday.
You are the author of your experience and you are the creator of your spiritual practice. I’m just here to watch you grow.
Do I have to be queer or Muslim to be your client?
Absolutely not!
I am happy to announce that though I have a particular life experience which allows me unique insight (queer/trans & Iranian/Muslim/Islamic mysticism), I work with anyone and everyone who is invested in expanding their spiritual journey. I’m glad to offer spiritual guidance to those who are drawn specifically to this line of work, or to those who feel drawn to me for other reasons.

Nothing pleases me more than knowing people’s spirits are awakened at the very mention of spiritual exploration. It means your heart is alive in there!

Do I need any prior experience to do spiritual guidance work?
Not at all.
I believe your spirit already possesses all the intuitive knowledge you need to partake in spiritual practice. All you need is the willingness to explore.
Do you draw from a particular tradition?
Spiritual exploration is as infinite in form as there are stars in the sky. I wouldn’t dare dream of forcing anyone to follow a particular path as the ‘right’ or ‘sole’ way into spiritual practice. Instead, I offer my wide array of experience, both academic and personal, with various spirituality teachings and faith practices to create a path that works for you.
With that being said, I have ample experience with the following areas: Sufism, Islamic Mysticism, Buddhism, Ayurveda, among others which I combine to create a spiritual toolbox that works best for you.
I also have experience in the following areas: dream work, tarot, ancestral connections, chaos magic, meditation, spiritual ascension, soul work, ‘coincidences’/miracles, manifestation, affirmations, and much more.
Why do I feel like I really want to do this, but somehow still can’t see myself doing it?
I can’t express how much I relate to that, how many times I was told spirituality, faith, or believing in anything ‘unreal’ was a waste of time. And now I just feel so blessed that I was guided in another direction, invited to ponder the power of the divine, and see where that exploration can take me.
Let me tell you - pursuing the spiritual has done nothing short of completely turn my life upside down, and make me wake up feeling like I live a dream I didn’t even know possible.
